Oregon Pumpkin Seeds, Oregon Cranberries, Hemp Seeds...these crunchy munchies couldn't be any more PNW! A perfect balance of sweet and savory, these Omega-3 loaded bites will sustain and nourish your cells! Brain food to think about! Super easy, too. Also, this is a super festive snack to put in the obligatory snack bowl at the holiday party...that you can feel good about reaching for! ;)
ingredients:
1/2 cup Oregon Cranberries
1 1/2 cup Oregon Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/4-to-1/3 cup maple syrup
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt
to create:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Spread onto dehydrator trays and dehydrate till crunchy (~10 hours) OR spread onto parchment and set in freezer. Wait 1 hour. Munch on!
