How long does a batch of freshly SPuN milk last?

Once you make a fresh batch of SPiN, seal it in an airtight jug or container (our SPiN Milk Jugs are perfect!) and it will keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Because there are no funky ingredients or emulsifiers, SPiN naturally separates. Remember to shake, shake, shake!

SPiN is Shelf Stable - store in a cool, dry space. If using SPiN daily, it can be stored at room temperature to keep it creamy and viscous. If the bucket will not be used for several weeks or months after opening, refrigeration will slow down the natural separation process and will thicken the SPiN in your bucket. A lot of customers prefer refrigerating their product, as this makes portion control consistent.

How long does a batch of fresh SPiN Almond Milk last?
Once you make a new batch of SPiN Almond Milk (SPiN Almond Milk Concentrate + Water), it REQUIRES REFRIGERATION and must be stored in an airtight container. SPiN Almond Milk will remain fresh for up to 3-5 days.

My jar of SPiN has separated and there is oil on top. Why?

SPiN is 100% natural with no added oils for emulsification - stir it up! Simply stir the contents of the jar with a clean utensil.
