Our Cashew Pieces are incredibly versatile for making homemade cashew milk, cashew cream, and dairy-free cheese - the pieces blend super smooth. Use them for raw frostings and cheesecakes, blend them into creamy pasta sauces and alfredo, or grind them into fresh cashew butter. Their versatility as an ingredient is unsurpassed by any other nut: whisk them into creamy salad dressings, blend them into creamy dips and spreads, or use them as a base for vegan sour cream and herb-y ranch.

These pieces come from the same strictly organic operation in Vietnam that produces our Jumbo Cashews - founded in 2001, employing 90+ people in a rural area, and supporting ancestral organic farming practices. 

Native to the tropics, they are grown on  beautiful evergreen trees. Both the nut (after processing), and the "apple" of the cashew are edible. The "apple" is the large fleshy fruit at the top of the nut. While Cashews are deeply satisfying alone, their versatility as an ingredient is unsurpassed by any other nut. Use them to make sauces, dips, raw desserts, or munch on them by the handful.
