ingredients: 1 tablespoon of Goji Berries
1/4 cup of Almonds
1 cup of coconut water
1 T of Almond Butter
1/4 tsp of Pure Vanilla Powder
1/8 tsp of cinnamon, ginger powder or fresh ginger
1/2 tsp of spirulina powder, matcha powder
1 banana
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/4 small cucumber
1 medjool date, pitted
to create:
1. Soak the goji berries in warm water until soft.
2. Blend the almonds and the coconut water in a Vitamix or high speed blender. 3. Strain through a nut milk bag then blend again with the date (soak in warm water if not soft then peel and pit) and vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Add the matcha and spirulina, the strawberries, cucumber, banana, almond butter and half of the goji berries until smooth and creamy. 4. Pour into a glass and top with the remaining goji berries.
