Cashew Cookie Dough Bites: Green Plate Club

These decadent nuggets will bring you back to your childhood…but you won't feel like crap after discovering the whole "tube" is empty! HA! ingredients: 2 T Coconut Oil 3 T Wilderness Poets Raw Cashew Butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 cups oats (process in a food processor to make flour) 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder 2 heaping T Cacao Nibs pinch Himalayan pink salt to create: 1.Combine the coconut oil, cashew butter and maple syrup. 2. Mix in oat flour, vanilla powder and salt until combined. 3.Stir in cacao nibs and roll into small balls. Can be eaten right away or stored in the fridge until later!
