Roasted Brussel Sprout, Shiitake, and Cranberry Salad

Boost it up with this simple Lemon-Mustard dressing... and get this GLORY on the road!!!

1 lb. brussel sprouts, halved and
2 T extra virgin olive oil
pinch sea salt, pepper
1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sautéed in shoyu,tamari, or soy sauce + extra virgin olive oil
sprouts, lettuce, micro greens, or greens sliced finely
3 T mustard
2 T lemon juice
1 T Raw Hemp Seed Oil or extra virgin olive oil
sea salt, pepper
to create:
1. Whisk up the Dressing…set aside.
2. Roast Brussels until crispy (30-45 minutes at 350 F)
3. Sautee up Shiitakes for 5-10 minutes.
4. Toss Salad with Dressing and top with Cranberries and Shiitakes…NOURISH YOUR CELLS!!
