THIS!!! Homemade BOBA! Boba, or bubble tea has become super popular, but buying it at shops can mean artificial flavors and tons of sugar. Make it at home for a totally healthy, sugar free version! You can order boba, or tapioca pearls online. The pearls cook for 25 minutes and then sit, covered for 25 minutes before rinsing them and they are ready to use. You can add some maple sugar to the pot when you are cooking them if you want a sweeter boba.
We used our organic and pure vanilla powder to flavor this drink along with homemade macadamia milk (again: no preservatives or weird ingredients here!) using our SPiN nut milk concentrate. It’s out of this world!

INGREDIENTS (per serving)
1 cup unsweetened iced black tea
1 cup SPiN macadamia nut milk (2 TBSP SPiN blended with 1 cup water)
1/2 cup (finished) boba
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 cup ice
METHOD
1. Make boba according to instructions
2. Make nut milk
3. Add boba, ice, nut milk, vanilla, and tea to a large jar and stir well.
4. Enjoy your deliciously homemade and luxurious treat drink!
