This fresh, summery spread is just gorgeous. Great for hosting, appetizers, or a colorful sunny day lunch picnic! We used our organic pine nuts and hemp seeds in the pesto, which turned out buttery rich + delicious. Drizzled with a thick and sweet balsamic really takes it to the next level. Hope you enjoy!
PESTO RECIPE
1 cup fresh basil
1/3 cup olive oil
T1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 small clove garlic
pinch of salt
BLEND ingredients together in food processor then spread over toasted baguette and top with chopped tomatoes, olive oil, and balsamic… a little salt and pepper and grated parmesan if you like!
