Raw Fudge

✨Recipe✨

8 oz cacao paste (whole bag)
8 oz Wilderness Poets nut butter (any variety, whole jar)
Maple syrup - sweeten to taste (or your favorite sweetener)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)

Top with Delight trail mix (optional)

✨Instructions ✨
  • Combine ingredients and melt cacao paste gently in double boiler (I used a pot inside of pan of water), stirring constantly

  • Pour chocolate into metal pan or tray

  • Top with trailmix

  • Cover and toss into the freezer for a quicker cool

  • Once chilled completely, flip fudge out of tray + cut into squares

  • Store in fridge for longer term , (or just eat and share immediately)
