We used OG Sunflower Oil, blended with our Cashew Butter, Almond flour, Nutritional yeast, Lemon, and Garlic for this creamy, heavenly dip, sauce, or spread.
Slather on rice and bean bowls, quesadillas, steamed kale.... anything really! Use as a dipping sauce for roasted broccoli, carrots.... or....? The possibilities are endless ...
Recipe:
- 1/3 cup Almond flour
- 2/3 cup Sunflower oil
- 2/3 cup Garbanzo beans
- 1 TBSP Cashew butter
- Juice of Half lemon
- 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
- Salt
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/3 cup Water
BLEND in high speed blender until smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
