Raspberry Chia Jam

INGREDIENTS: 


2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 

2 TBSP chia seeds 

2 TBSP maple crystals 

1/2 lemon (juiced) 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat raspberries in medium sized saucepan, stirring often, for 5 minutes 

2. Add lemon juice, maple crystals, and chia seeds 

3. Continue to cook and stir for another 5 minutes, or until mixture is combined and mostly smooth 

4. Cool completely (jam will thicken as it cools)
