- 4 cups rolled oats
- ½cup walnuts
- ½ cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 scraped vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla powder
- ½ cup sunflower oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees f
Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Whisk oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl
Add the wet mixture to the dry mix and stir until fully incorporated
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Spread mixture onto paper (about 1 inch thick layer)
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring half way through
Let cool completely (30 min-1 hour) before storing/ eating
