1 lb. okra, halved
EVOO, 2 T
1 tsp. Golden Turmeric
a pinch sea salt, garam masala
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Toss okra with EVOO, Golden Turmeric, sea salt, and Garam Masala.
3. Spread on a baking sheet so that each okra spear has enough space--so that they aren't touching. This is not a rock show!
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until crispy.
