Apple Pie Chia Pudding: Green Plate Club
3 T Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Maple Crystals
1 tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
1 cup plant-based milk to create: 1. Mix all ingredients together in jar. Shake. Let sit for 5 minutes. 2. Top with the “Apple Pie” by combining ¼ cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in 1 small cored and diced apple, ½ a teaspoon cinnamon and some vanilla. Cook until apples are softened. Sprinkle on top of pudding.
