Arame Seaweed Salad with Hemp Seeds
ingredients:  1 cup arame seaweed (dried) 1 T toasted sesame oil 1 T soy sauce, tamari, or shoyu 1 T Hemp Seeds (optional)  a splash of mirin or sprinkle of honey to create: 1. Cover arame in a pot with water and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain. 2. Toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, and (optional) mirin or honey. 3. Sprinkle with Hemp Seeds. 4. Getcha chopsticks! This makes a delicious side and will keep in the fridge for a few days.
