ingredients: (Cake Layers) 1 cup Pecans OR Pecan Butter 1 cup Almonds OR Almond Butter 1 cup medjool dates, pitted pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt (Avocado Ganache) 1 cup Cacao Paste 2 ripe avocados, pitted 3 T raw honey 2 T Coconut Oil pinch Pure Vanilla Powder Song of Delight Wild Mix, for topping (optional) to create: 1. Blend Cake Layers in a food processor until dough-like. Line a pan with parchment paper (I used a small skillet) and press dough into the pan to form a round. Repeat 2 or 3 times, depending on how many layers you want in your cake! Set in freezer. 2. Gently melt Cacao Paste, honey, and Coconut Oil in a double boiler. 3. Blend avocados with melted ingredients.. taste! Add more honey if you want it sweeter. 4. Place one Cake round on the bottom, frost with Ganache, add the next round, frost with ganache..repeat.. then frost the whole shebang! Any extra Ganache will be prime pudding material..trust me. 5. Top with Song of Delight and set in the freezer for at least 1 hour! 6. SPREAD THE LOVE!
