Creamy Cacao Mousse Pie with Pecan Crust
OOOOOOHWHEEE! Dig in! Dig it!! ingredients: (Pecan Crust) 1 cup medjool dates, pitted 1 cup Pecans or Pecan Butter pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt (Cacao Mousse) 2 ripe avocados 1 cup Cacao Paste, gently melted + 3 T raw honey 2 T Cacao Powder 1 T Gelatinized Maca Powder Cacao Nibs and Goji Berries, for topping (optional) to create: 1. Blend Crust ingredients. Press into a parchment-lined pie pan. 2. Blend Mousse ingredients. Taste. If you can taste the avocado, add a little more raw honey to the blend. Pour evenly into Crust, top with Goji Berries and Cacao Nibs, and set in the freezer for at least 1 hour. 3. Drool… and dig in! Health is wealth!
