Coconut-Iced Reishi Nib-let Brownies

Ganoderma lucidum, the Reishi Mushroom, is a powerful, medicinal mushroom that has been used throughout human history. When brewed into a tea, the mushroom presents strong adaptogenic qualities, strengthening and balancing one's natural immune defenses. To brew a tea, find a source for clean Reishi Mushrooms in your area (or online: , use about a cup of the mushrooms to 4 cups of water..and simmer, covered, for at least 1 hour. The deeper the amber color, the stronger the tea. Use this tea for blending up the brownies and infuse its powers within! coconut iced reishi brownies
(Brownies) 1 cup Walnuts
3/4 cup Hemp Seeds
2 cups medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup Cacao Paste, gently melted in double boiler 1/2 cup Cacao Powder 1/2 cup Cacao Nibs, reserved
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt 1 cup Reishi Tea OR Nut Milk, or Water to blend! (Coconutty Icing) 1/2 cup Coconut Oil splash Maple syrup OR pinch of Maple Crystals pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, Mulberries for topping (optional) to create: 1. To make the brownies, blend up all Brownie ingredients with Reishi tea (except Cacao Nibs). Pour into a bowl. 2. Incorporate Cacao Nibs into mixture and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking pan. 4. Gently melt the Coconutty Icing ingredients in a double boiler. 5. Pour the Icing over the Brownies, and immediately put in fridge or freezer for the icing to set. Top with Mulberries, if ye so desire! 6. Spread the loooooooooove!
