Almond Caramel Fudge Cacao Dreamin' Pie
ingredients: (Almond Caramel Fudge) 4 T Almond Butter 1 cup medjool dates, pitted pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt a lil water or nut milk to blend (Crust) 1 cup Almonds OR Almond Butter 1 cup medjool dates, pitted pinch Pure Vanilla Powder (Cacao Dreamin' Pie) 1 cup Pecans OR Pecan Butter 1 avocado, pitted 1 cup medjool dates, pitted 3/4 cup Cacao Paste + 1 T honey, melted gently in double boiler pinch Pure Vanilla Powder 1 T Maca Powder (optional) to create: 1.  Blend all Crust ingredients in a food processor. Press into parchment-lined pie pan. 2. Blend up Cacao Dreamin' Pie ingredients and taste. If you can taste the avocado, add some Maca Powder. If you need to increase the choco-holic factor, add a little Cacao Powder or more Cacao Paste or Nibs!! (whole) Set pie in fridge or freezer. 3. Blend the Fudge ingredients. It should be a thick Caramel. Spoon the mixture into a plastic bag, cut the tip out of one of the bottom corners, and pipe out the Caramel Fudge to ice the pie! Set in freezer. 4. Slice up the glory and initiate the dreamin'! Almond Fudge Pie
