Savory Raw Zucchini Crackers
ingredients: 2 carrots, shredded/minced/processed 1/4 cup flax seeds 1/4 cup Almonds 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds 1/2 cup Styrian Pumpkin Seeds 1/2 cup Chia Seeds 2 lbs. zucchini or summer squash, shredded/minced/processed 1/2 onion, minced/processed 2 T shoyu (optional) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. oregano, basil pinch sea salt, black pepper to create: 1.  Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, blender, or in a bowl by hand. 2. Spread onto dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 115 F for 12 hours. Check crackers-- once they firm up on one side, flip them, and dehydrate for another 12 hours. 3. Store in an airtight container or in the fridge… and get your Spread on!!!
