ingredients:
(Cacao Hemp Crust)
1/2 cup Cacao Nibs
1 cup coconut flakes or shreds
1 cup Raw Hemp Seeds
3 T honey
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
2 T Coconut Butter or Coconut Oil, melted
1 T Maca Powder
pinch sea salt
(Dark Chocolate Interior)
1/2 bag Raw Cacao Paste, melted gently in double broiler
1/2 cup coconut cream (skim top off of coconut milk can)
2 T Coconut Oil or Coconut Butter
4 T maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, mesquite powder, nutmeg
pinch sea salt
(Chocolate Fudge Icing)
2 avocados
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
2 T Coconut Oil or Coconut Butter, melted
3 T honey
1/4 cup Maple Crystals
1 tsp. Sweet Mesquite Powder
1 tsp. Maca Powder
3 T fresh orange juice
pinch sea salt
to create:
(Cacao Hemp Crust)
1. Blend Cacao Nibs in food processor until crumbly. Add all other ingredients and blend. Press into pie plate. Chill.
(Dark Chocolate Interior)
1. Melt Cacao Paste in double broiler with Coconut Oil and honey. Add other ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Pour on top of crust. Chill.
(Chocolate Fudge Icing)
1. Blend all ingredients until smooooooth. "Ice" the pie! Scoop out and even out frosting with a spatula.......decorate....CHILL!
