ingredients:
3 cups dried apricots, unsulfured
1 cup dates, pitted
1 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup crystalized ginger, chopped into smaller pieces
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder
to create:
1. Put all ingredients except Hemp Seeds into a food processor. Blend 2 minutes.
2. Add hempseeds and crystalized ginger, and process until incorporated.
3. Spread parchment paper in a baking pan, spread batter until even layer.. chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
4. Cut up into squares, bars, diamonds, circles.. PRISMS! Power snack on!
