1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup of quinoa flour
2 T coconut flour
pinch of baking powder
pinch of baking soda
pinch of pink salt
3 T salted caramel sauce(homemade)
1 T Maple Crystals
3 T coconut milk
7-10 medjool dates, pitted ( soaked in hot water)
1 T Almond Butter
Salted Caramel Coconut Ice Cream
1 can coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp Maple Crystals or maple syrup
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
1. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Form into cookie disks and gently bake until done at 300 F.
2. To make ice cream, blend all ingredients and allow to set in the freezer.
3. Assemble ice cream sandwiches and spread the love! Keep them in the freezer.
