Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup oat or nut mylk
- 1/3 cup maple crystals
- 1 TBSP white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Whisk together oil, mylk, vinegar, maple crystals, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and incorporate well without over mixing
- Pour batter into cake pan
- Bake for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Let cool partially in pan and then on a baking rack.
Top with cashew frosting, strawberry chia jam, coconut cream and berries, dust with maple crystals, or enjoy on its own 💗
