Ingredients:
- 1 25 oz jar of tomato sauce
- 8 oz cashew butter
- 2/3 cup nut milk
- 2/3 cup reserved pasta water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pound pasta~ cooked al dente
- black or crushed pepper to taste
- chopped and sauteed onion and garlic (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine sauce ingredients in blender and blend on high
- Sauté onions and garlic
- Cool pasta al dente
- Sauce pasta + heat in pot altogether
Top with herbs and crushed red pepper if you like! Serve and enjoy!
