Vegan Macadamia Miso Parm

This vegan Parmesan cheese really hits the spot! Packed with protein and a rich cheesy/ umami flavor, it’s our favorite substitute that amazingly fools for the real thing!! Sprinkle of pasta, pizza, avocado toast, and more. 

1 cup macadamia nuts

1 cup cashews 

1/2 cup miso nooch 


Simply toss everything into the food processor and blitz until you have a fine crumbly consistency. Store in an air tight container and enjoy!!
