1 roasted small pumpkin or squash
1/2 cup SPiN cashew nut milk concentrate
1/3 cup MISO NOOCH
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt + pepper to taste
1/2 Cup- 1 Cup reserved pasta water (or just hot water if making in advance)
- Combine all ingredients in high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour over cooked pasta of choice and enjoy!
