Vegan Mac N Cheese


This delicious and ultra creamy Mac n cheese recipe is mouth wateringly good, with the perfect smoothness from blended pumpkin + our cashew milk and cream concentrate and umami goodness from our miso nooch. This dish satisfies that cheesy craving with no weird vegan cheese ingredients. Just whole foods and heathy combos. You will fall in love , we promise! 


1 roasted small pumpkin or squash

1/2 cup SPiN cashew nut milk concentrate 

1/3 cup MISO NOOCH

1/3 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp onion powder 

Salt + pepper to taste 

1/2 Cup- 1 Cup reserved pasta water (or just hot water if making in advance) 


  1. Combine all ingredients in high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy 
  2. Pour over cooked pasta of choice and enjoy!
