@positively_jenny created these luscious, incredibly nutrient-dense Vanilla Bean Matcha Chocolate Bars that are ready to rock (y)our world! They are even slightly caffeinated thanks to our beautiful, strong Ceremonial Matcha.... and coated in chocolate....mmmmmmmm. See her amazing instructional video, here.
crust ingredients:
1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Cashews
3 T Hemp Seeds
1 T Maple Crystals
3 T nut milk (or water)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
to create:
1. Combine the ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender until it creates a dough-like consistency.
2. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and press the dough into the bottom as evenly as possible. Place in freezer while preparing the filling.
filling ingredients:
3/4 cup Macadamia Butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
1/2 cup coconut oil, measure then melt
1/4 cup nut milk (or water)
3 T Maple Crystals
2-3 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
1 1/2-2 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder
to create:
1. Combine all ingredients until smooth then pour over the crust. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours or until completely solid. Slice into bar shape, or whatever shape you prefer and keep in freezer until chocolate is melted and ready to pour over.

1 bar of chocolate (or Cacao Paste, melted, sweeten to taste)
1 tsp coconut oil
top with: Incan Berries
to create:
1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Next, coat each bar with chocolate. Store the bars in the freezer and eat them straight from the freezer as desired!
