@crunchynev created this BEAUTIFUL, nourishing, colorful Chia Pudding with our incredible Culinary Colors! Layer them up for an incredibly fun breakfast or healthy dessert!
2 cups Mylk Cashews
1 1/2 cups Chia Seeds
8 cups Almond Milk 8 cups
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
1/2 cup Maple Crystals or maple syrup
15 strawberries (only for pink Dragonfruit layer)
pinch sea salt
for each layer...just enough:
Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
1. Soak Cashews for 3-4 hours or overnight.
2. Blend cashews with a small amount of water until realllllllllly creamy.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients (except Chia Seeds) and blend.
4. Pour into a bowl and mix in the Chia Seeds. Let them gel up for 10-15 minutes. Repeat with each layer. Layer 'em up and spread the love!
