ingredients:
1 whole sweet potato, cut into even wedges
1 T oil
1 T tahini
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Hemp Seeds (for sprinkling)
to create:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Arrange sweet potato wedges in a single-layer. Toss with oil. Roast for 35 minutes (flip halfway)
3. Drizzle fries with tahini, lemon juice, and sprinkle with Hemp Seeds.
