- 1/4 Cup Wilderness Poets Nut Butter; Almond Butter, Pecan Butter or Walnut Butter
-1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
-1 tsp. Amino Acids
-1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
-1/2 tsp. onion powder
-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
-1/2 tsp. coriander powder
-1 tsp. nutritional yeast
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1/4 Cup warm vegtable stock
Shake shake shake!! Warm up on stove top and enjoy!
