This Golden Chia Pudding is delicious and super nourishing! FEED YOUR CELLS! Brilliantly colored with turmeric and activated with a crack of black pepper, you'll be groovin' and movin' all across the land!
ingredients:
1 can condensed Coconut Milk (sweetened)
OR 1 can coconut milk, sweeten to taste at end
1 cup Milk (almond, hemp, cow, goat, etc.)
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 lemon, juiced or 1 T lemon juice
1 tsp. Golden Turmeric
crack black pepper
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
(optional for topping) blueberries, coconut ribbons
to create:
1. Whisk turmeric into coconut milk.
2. Add chia seeds, milk, lemon, vanilla powder (and sweetener if not using sweetened coconut milk). Mix thoroughly.
3. Set in fridge for 1 hour.
4. Add frozen blueberries, coconut ribbons and SPREAD THE LOVE!
