Chocolate Covered Strawberries 🍓
The #DIY Chocolate recipe is essentially just TWO
ingredients: our wild harvest Ecuadorian Cacao +
Maple Crystals (I added a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of vanilla powder too)
:To make the Chocolate:::
Create a double boiler with a pot of boiling water and a bowl over top.
Melt cacao paste (8 oz bag)
Add maple crystals to taste (about 1/4 cup to start)
Whisk
Add pinch of salt + vanilla
Dip strawberries and set on parchment paper
Chill in fridge for 10 min for chocolate to solidify
