Chia Pudding with Berries

Breakfast, Snack, or Dessert; this super simple and healthy Chia Pudding Recipe is a go-to that is so satisfying. 

::INGREDIENTS::

✨ 3 TBSP chia seeds 

✨ 1 Cup Milk of Choice 

✨ Berries

✨ Banana 

 

Pour chia seeds and milk into bowl, stir well and let sit for 20 minutes or more, stirring a couple of times throughout so that the chia doesn’t clump. Or, use a whisk to break up clumps. 

Serve up and garnish with berries, bananas, or whatever you wish!
