1/2 cup rolled oats
2 T creamy buckwheat (optional)
1/2 cup water
1 cup Almond Mylk (make your own!) OR unsweetened almond milk
1/2 T Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
Pinch of himalayen salt
1tsp raw honey
scoop of Cashew Butter
Cacao Nibs, to taste
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
1. In a small pan, cover the oats and the buckwheat with almond milk and water and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and add sea salt, Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder, raisins, Cashew Butter and raw honey--let simmer until thickened.
3. Once the oatmeal is done, drizzle it with cashew butter, cacao nibs and sprinkle chia seeds on top.
