Maple-Tamari Sesame Glazed Curry Cashews

1 cup Cashews 1 T curry powder 1 T toasted sesame oil 1/8 cup tamari, soy sauce, shoyu, or miso tamari 1 tsp. Maple Crystals + some for finishing sprinkle to create: 1. (Optional) Soak, sprout and dehydrate cashews. 2. Preheat oven to 350 F (or, to keep them raw, toss with all ingredients and dehydrate until crunchy). 3. Toss Cashews with toasted sesame oil and roast in a cast iron skillet until aromatic (about 5-10 mins). Stir around often, so they don't burn. 4. Whisk tamari with maple crystals. Immediately after removing cashews from oven, toss with tamari-maple mixture. 5. Turn off oven. 6. Sprinkle with Maple Crystals and set in oven (turned off) to melt and infuse. 7. Snack on!
