ingredients: (Raw Coconut-Almond Bar) 1 cup Raw Almonds or Almond Butter 1 cup medjool dates, pitted 2 cups coconut, shredded or flakes 2 T maple syrup or raw honey + Maple Crystals pinch Pure Vanilla Powder (Cacao Topping/JOY) 1/2 cup Raw Cacao Paste 3 T Coconut Oil 2 T raw honey pinch Pure Vanilla Powder [+ Raw Almonds, for topping] to create: 1. Blend all Raw Coconut Almond Bar ingredients together in a food processor. 2. Form little prisms and press 2-3 Almonds into each bar. Set in freezer for 30 minutes. 3. To prepare The Joy, gently melt ingredients together in a double boiler. 4. Drizzle on top of bars….set in freezer for at least 5 minutes (good luck waiting…) and SPREAD THE LOVE!
