 ingredients: 1 cup quinoa, soaked overnight, drained, and sprouted throughout the day (at least 4 hours)   **can cook if desired…after soaking, drain, and add 2 cups water.. cook for 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 1 red onion, diced 3 tomatoes, diced 2 cukes, diced 1/2 bunch parsley, minced 1 lemon, juiced OR 5 T lemon juice 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds, sprinkled on top for garnish pinch sea salt to create: 1. Toss quinoa with EVOO, lemon juice, and sea salt. Let flavas harmonize for a few hours. 2. Toss marinated quinoa with herbs and fresh veggies, sprinkle with hemp seeds, and dig in!
