Crunchy Chia Chocolate Buckwheat Bars

Breakfast or an energy bar... these lil squares of whole grain joy will put you in motion!
2/3 cup Chia Seeds + 1/3 cup water,gelled
1 cup kasha (toasted buckwheat)
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Nibs
2 T raw honey
pinch cinnamon
to create:
1.  Gel chia seeds by mixing in water and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
2. Blend all other ingredients together in a bowl, form into squares, and dehydrate for 4-5 hours until dry and crunchy!
3. Crunch into these lil blissful treats…..whole grain enduring POWA!
