Blackberry Orange Cashew Chz Cake

(Crust)
2 cups Raw Pecans
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
pinch of salt and  Pure Vanilla Powder
(Cheese Cake**reserve 1/4 cup**)
3 cups Raw Cashews OR Raw Cashew Butter OR Cashew Flour
3/4 cup fresh orange juice (bottled works, too.)
1/2 cup maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 cup melted Coconut Oil, gently melted
2 tsp. lemon juice zest of 1 organic orange
pinch of salt and 
Pure Vanilla Powder
(Top Layer)
2 cups organic blackberries (frozen works! or blueberries…YUM.)
1/4 cup of the Cheese Cake Layer 
to create:
1. Blend all Crust ingredients. Press into parchment-lined glass pie pan. Put in freezer to chill.
2. Blend all Cheese Cake ingredients, RESERVE 1/4 cup, pour evenly onto crust, and put back in freezer for 1 hour. Wait until it is solid until you add the final touches!!
3. Spread Top Blackberry Layer…..add orange slices on top and a few spare berries… put in freezer for 1-2 hours…and then… slice that glory UP!! So delightful on a warm spring day! So fresh…SO FRESH. Think of this pie this summer whilst picking blackberries…DREAM.
