P^3: Peppermint Patty Pie
3/4 cups dates, pitted
3/4 cup Raw Almond Butter
1/2 cup Raw Brazil Nuts
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cups Raw Cacao Nibs
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
1 jar Cashew Butter or 2 cups Cashew Flour
1 avocado
1 cup mint leaves (fresh)
1 cup H2O (water)
1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
3 T Raw Coconut Oil or Butter
5 drops mint essential oil
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
pinch sea salt
to create:
1. To create the Crust, Process all ingredients until dough has formed. If necessary, add a drip-drop-drip of water or coconut oil to help it along. Press into pie plate. Chill.
2. To create the Filling, repeat step 1, and add more mint oil or sweetener, if necessary... Pour into crust. CHIIIIIILLLL! In about an hour, CHOW DOWN n' CHILL! Refreshing!
