Gluten-Free Zucchini Almond Bread

ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Raw Almonds, ground into flour
1 cup zucchini, grated and squeeze water out with towel
2 eggs, whisked
1 T Coconut Oil or Butter, gently melted
1 tsp. cinnamon, Pure Vanilla Powder
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 T maple syrup or honey
pinch sea salt
to create:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
3. Incorporate wet ingredients into dry. Pour into coconut-greased baking pan...bake 40-45 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean!
4. Let cool 10 minutes... DIG IN! It's DELISH a little more savory with a slice of tomato..garden fresh!
