small glass jar
1/2 cup rolled oats, quick oats, steel cut oats, oat groats, or chopped steel cut oats
yogurt, kefir, or various cultured milk (i used homemade filmjölk: check out the history here)
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
various frozen or fresh fruit
1. Scoop oats into bottom of jar.
2. Add Vanilla Powder.
3. Add fruit!
4. Pour in cultured milk to the top, let sit overnight in fridge, and.. in the morning.. or the following morning.... CHOW DOWN! Easy brekkie ON THE GOOOO! Top with nut butter if you need to pack the punch!
