Raw Cashew Cream..savory or sweet!

ingredients:
a lil' SWEET---
1/3 cup water
1 T Maple Crystals (or sweeten to taste)
 
a lil' SAVORY--
1/3 cup water
1 T. miso paste
1-2 cloves roasted garlic...YUM...
to create: 
1. Soak cashews overnight. Drain water.
2. Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until thoroughly creeeeeeam-ay! Add water to desired thickness.
3. Use in soups, raw desserts (think: raw oreos.....), in porridge, oatmeal, icing on cupcakes, cakes..on bread, raw crackers... crème de la crème!
