What to create with the byproduct--the pulp--of Homemade Almond Milk? Gluten-free, energy and nutrient dense...YUM!
ingredients:
2/3 cup Coconut Oil or Coconut Butter, melted
1 T Mesquite Powder or Maca Powder
2 T Maple Crystals
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder
2 cups steel cut oats or quick oats, blended
jam, spread on top
to create:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend all ingredients.
2. Form lil' kookie patties, place on parchment paper..bake for 20-30 minutes.. or until kookies firm up and get a lil' toasty!
3. Spread jam (or nut butter) on top.... VOILA! Best when warm.
