This cake is fluffy, moist, and incredibly delicious. The matcha flavor is on point and not too strong. And the color is gorgeous! Matcha is packed with antioxidants and all kinds of green goodness! Sweetened with maple crystals + vegan too! 🌱


1 2/3 cup flour

2 TBSP Culinary Matcha powder

1 cup maple crystals

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1 1/2 cup milk


  1. Combine dry ingredients first + mix
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9 in round pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  4. Let cool
  5. Add glaze
  6. Slice + Enjoy!!
