1 + 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup maple crystals
2 ripe bananas
1 TBSP coconut milk powder + 1/2 cup water (or other milk of choice)
2/3 cup oil
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Mash bananas in medium sized bowl
Add coconut milk, oil, and maple crystals and stir well
Add remaining ingredients and stir
Pour into bread pan
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or until knife comes out clean
