Tahini Cacao Fudge

TAHINI + CACAO = MINDBLOWING DELICIOUS!!! While we usually use tahini in savory applications, a spark flew inside of our minds when pondering its potential mingling with our Raw Cacao....and...that spark exploded! Nutrient-dense nuggets embedded with extra roasted sesame seeds for a crunch that your tastebuds will never forget were born--and are super satisfying! Your body will thank you! P.S. YOU CAN HALF THIS RECIPE!! Or double!

1 cup Cacao Paste, melted 
1 cup unsalted tahini
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup roasted sesame seeds
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt
to create:
1. In a double boiler, gently melt Cacao Paste and maple syrup.
2. In a bowl, add tahini, roasted sesame seeds, vanilla, sea salt, and melted cacao/maple mixture. 
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scrape mixture in to desired thickness.
4. Set in freezer. Cut into squares and SPREAD THE LOOOOVE! Note: This fudge does melt at room temp, so it's best eaten soon after removed from the freezer.
