Golden Rice with Crispy Shiitakes and Oven-Roasted Radishes

Take rice to a whole new level! Each grain is embedded with 24k gold...seriously..not seriously. Just 1 tsp. of Golden Turmeric while cooking rice transforms it into a treasure chest brimming with wholesome, feel good loot! 

(serves 2)
1 cup brown rice
1 cup water
1 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk)
1 T Coconut Oil or butter or ghee
1 tsp. Golden Turmeric, Pink Himalayan Salt
1 cardamom pod, cracked
1 bay leaf
crack of black pepper
chile pepper (optional)

to create:
1. Mix rice with water, coconut cream, Coconut Oil, and spices.
2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 40 minutes.
3. Remove bay leaf and cardamom pod.
4. Serve with Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms, Oven-Roasted Radishes, and SPREAD THE LOVE!
