@gratitudeandfood created this beautiful recipe for "white chocolate" hearts infused with rose essential oil and dyed a brilliant pink with our Dragonfruit Powder!
ingredients:
2/3 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup cacao butter
6 T Cashew Butter
5 T maple syrup or Maple Crystals
4 tsp Dragonfruit Powder
pinch of Pure Vanilla Powder, pink salt
3 drops of rose essential oil
to create:
1. Add all of the ingredients (except the rose essential oil and Dragonfruit Powder) to a small pot over low heat .
2. Whisk the ingredients together until the coconut butter and cacao butter melt.
3. Add the Dragonfruit Powder & rose essential oil and whisk until it's fully mixed up and there are no clumps.
4. Add mixture to your silicon mold of choice.
5. Place in the freezer for about 45 minutes or the fridge overnight. Keep in the fridge.
